In short: we receive only what you choose to send us — through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail — and use it to answer you and to plan possible treatment. Only if you agree, we measure which of our ads led to your enquiry. We never sell your data, never share it for marketing, and never use your health information for advertising.

We only receive the information you choose to send us — through the contact form on this site, or by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail: your name, your contact details, the treatment you are interested in, your message and, if you decide to share them, photographs, X-rays or other health information for a preliminary assessment.
When you send the form, your details travel over an encrypted connection directly to the clinic's own patient-management system in Türkiye; they are not stored in a cloud service along the way. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) screens the form for spam and abuse. Together with your enquiry we record which page you sent it from and, only if you have accepted advertising measurement, the ad reference described below.
We use this information to respond to you — answering your questions, making a preliminary clinical assessment, arranging an appointment and planning possible treatment. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
You send your information to us yourself, directly to our clinic in Türkiye. We use your contact details and your enquiry because you ask us to answer you and to plan possible treatment (steps taken at your request before any treatment agreement — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Photographs, X-rays and other health information are used only with the explicit consent you give by ticking the consent box in our form (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a); Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Art. 6). Analytics and ad measurement by Google and Meta run only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Our hosting provider Cloudflare counts, for us, how many visits the site receives and which pages are viewed (Cloudflare Web Analytics). This works without cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you; we only see totals.
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Nothing below happens unless you agree, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
We do not use retargeting, personalised advertising or profiling. Details of the cookies involved are in our Cookie Policy.
Photographs, X-rays and other health details you share are reviewed only by our dentists and clinical team, who are bound by professional confidentiality under Turkish law. They are used solely to assess your situation and to prepare your treatment options.
Your information is processed at our clinic in Türkiye. If you write to us by WhatsApp or e-mail, the conversation runs over that channel, operated by its own provider under its own privacy terms. If you have given consent, analytics and ad-measurement data are processed by Google and Meta. The servers of these providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
If your enquiry does not lead to treatment, we keep it only for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry, and then delete it. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health legislation. Google Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we will do so unless a legal retention duty (such as the obligation to keep patient records) requires otherwise. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
If you think we have not handled your information correctly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country or, in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
